1.) No Refunds Policy

All purchases of Mod Castle LLC’s products, software, and services are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. By purchasing our products, software, and services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Customers purchasing commissioned products, such as any video entertainment device, are required to sign our ‘Custom & Commissioned Work Acknowledgment’ form, as well as our ‘Post-Completion Acceptance & Authorization to Ship’ form.

2.) Privacy Statement

Mod Castle LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during your use of our software or services will be used solely to provide and improve our offerings. We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by law or to fulfill our services. All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

3.) Proprietary Software, Firmware, Hardware, and Restrictions on Resale

Mod Castle LLC’s software, firmware, and internal hardware components are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. These internal components — including our custom bionic chips — are licensed to you for personal or authorized use only and may not be copied, extracted, distributed, modified, resold, or otherwise transferred without our express written permission. Any unauthorized resale, distribution, modification, or reproduction of our software, firmware, or hardware is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to civil lawsuits, damages, and injunctive relief to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By using Mod Castle LLC’s software, firmware, and hardware, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Mod Castle LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

4.) Commissioned Order Terms

Authorization Requirement —All commissioned or custom-built products require a signed Commission Work Acknowledgement prior to any production, allocation of resources, or initiation of work.

Conditional Order Progression — Orders are placed successfully upon checkout; however, progression of the order is strictly conditional upon completion of the required authorization.

Cancellation Policy — If the required authorization is not completed within 48 hours of order placement, Mod Castle LLC reserves the right to cancel the commissioned portion of the order.

Administrative Costs — In such cases, Mod Castle LLC may retain a reasonable administrative fee, where applicable, to cover transaction costs, handling, and reserved production capacity.

Agreement — By placing an order for a custom or commissioned product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
